What happens to your request.

This notice explains how Instant Funding Today uses the information you submit through the business funding application on this website.

What we collect

Only what you enter into the request: details about your business, its owner and its finances, your requested amount, and how to contact you. A Social Security number is never requested. The business tax ID and the owner's home address are optional. We also record the page the request was submitted from and basic browser information.

How we use it

• To review your funding request.
• To contact you about that request, using the phone number or email you provided, because you consent when you submit.

What stays in your browser

This website does not save what you type into the request in your browser's storage. It is sent to us over an encrypted connection when you submit. Your browser or password manager may offer to autofill some fields on its own.

Submitting is not an agreement

Sending a request is a request for review. It does not guarantee approval or funding, and it does not commit you to any terms.

Questions, corrections and removal

To ask a question or request a correction or deletion of what you submitted, send a new request through the application and put your reference number and what you would like changed in the "Anything to add" field.
